A sewage pumping station is a large complex of equipment that pumps wastewater, household, industrial and household waste. The main purpose of such stations is water pumping. It is needed in order to pump water through a high level, for example, if the pipe first goes deep, and then rises again. This equipment belongs to the sewage system and is used most often for industrial purposes, for waste disposal.

The work of the KNS takes place in automatic mode, without the constant presence of maintenance personnel. The working processes are automated according to the levels of wastewater in the tank of the pumping station. The signals from the level sensors are transmitted to the control panel of the sewage pumping station.

KNS control systems are designed and manufactured on the basis of modern controllers, control, control and protection of sewage pumping units with a capacity from 3 X 0.75 kW to 3 X 200 kW.

The body of the pumping station is made of thick-walled spiral HDPE pipe with an internal diameter from 1000 to 2200 mm, wall thickness from 50 to 135 mm, length up to 14,000 mm.

The bottom and removable lid are made of HDPE sheet, the internal pressure pipelines are made of HDPE pipes, the crown and embedded elements are made of stainless steel.

Depending on the performance and reliability category, KNS are equipped with one, two or more submersible pumps. 

Containers are used to remove solid waste from the drain at low productivity values, and mechanical crushers and grates are used at high productivity values.
